What data and why

• Booking (name, email, phone, dates): to manage your stay and send you useful information (contract, art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Online check-in (personal and ID details): for the mandatory registration with the Italian State Police (art. 109 TULPS) and for the tourist tax (legal obligation, art. 6.1.c GDPR).
• Payment: handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
• «Send us a message» form (name, email, message): to answer you. Messages are deleted after 12 months.

Who we share it with

Only the providers that help us run the service (Cloudflare for the website, Stripe for payments, the email service) and the authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Booking data for as long as tax rules require; the ID document number is deleted 30 days after departure; name, date and place of birth and nationality are kept for tourist tax obligations.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data by writing to the email above, and you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante).

This website uses no profiling cookies and no third-party analytics.
